What shipping method do you use?

If the order is an individual order with small quantities, we will ship using international shipping companies or courier services such as DHL, FedEx, TNT, or SF Express. The choice depends on pricing and availability at the time of shipment. If the order qualifies as a bulk order, we request the buyer arrange the courier along with proper custom import declaration.

Does the NVIDIA P104-100 card support both Windows and Linux?

Yes. We have tested the card on Windows 10 64-bit, Ubuntu 16.04.3 LTS (Xenial Xerus), Mint 18.3 (Sylvia), and ethOS 1.2.9.

What NVIDIA driver version do you recommend using?

We do not endorse any miner software or mining pool on the market. That said, there are a lot of resources such as reviews and guides throughout the web. These resources should give you a good idea on what is a good miner software to use for your mining rig.

Do you accept bulk orders?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. However, for certain countries that have tight restrictions on electronics import, we do request the buyer obtain the necessary customs import declaration for their shipping country. For bulk orders, we request the buyer arrange their own courier pick-up and prepare proper customs import declaration.

Do the P10x-100 complete mining systems come pre-installed with OS?

No, all P10x-100 (e.g. P104 or P106) systems do NOT come pre-installed with operating systems. The customer has to prepare his own OS installation media through a USB Stick or USB optical drive. The system supports both Windows and Linux platform.

What is the safe operating temperature range for the cards?

The suggested operating temperature range for the cards is 40 - 75'C. Graphics cards produce a large amount of heat within a small surface area. Hence, it is critical that the user provide sufficient cooling to ensure the heat energy is dissipated effectively.

What does mining profit depend on?

Mining profitability depends on a number of factors, including the cryptocurrency price, the network hashrate, pool fees, miner software dev fees, electricity cost, and the fixed cost of your hardware. There are numerous calculators online that can help you estimate your mining profitability.

What coins should I mine?

It depends on your hardware setup and what coins you want to accumulate. For GPU miners, you should mine coins that are optimal for your set up. For example, GTX 1070 and P104/P106 are great at mining Ethereum based coins, i.e. ETH and ETC. GTX 1080 is great for mining some altcoins, such as ZCash and SIA Coin. If you own an ASIC miner for Bitcoin, you can mine only the coins that the ASIC chip is designed for. For instance, Bitmain Antminer S9 is designed specifically for SHA256 based BTC and BCH mining.

How much does it cost to get started with mining?

This depends on what coin you want to mine and how much you are willing to spend. For certain coins, you can start mining even with your old PC! For GPU mining, the latest mining software can support most modern graphics cards, meaning you can start mining with your home computer. You will need the latest graphics drivers to run the mining software properly. For instance, Claymore requires modern version of the Nvidia CUDA library installed.

How noisy are the fans of P-series products?

Each product is slightly different. The more powerful the card (hence higher TDP power), usually the more powerful the fan is. The P104 and P106 cards we carry tend to be no noisier than your average gaming graphics card.

What is the product warranty period?

The product warranty is offered directly by the manufacturer. Each product may have a different warranty terms and conditions. For example, all Nvidia mining P-series products are offered with a 3-month warranty by the manufacturer.

How would you compare Nvidia and AMD graphics cards?

These two are quite different products with their own strengths and weaknesses. For instance, certain Nvidia cards like GTX 1080 tend to excel at mining Equihash algorithm.
